SoulFeast Week is a ten-day celebration of Black culinary culture highlighting restaurants, farmers, and chefs in Central Kentucky. Through educational exhibits, curated experiences, and enjoying great food, SoulFeast Week is an opportunity for Kentuckians of all races and backgrounds to support Black businesses by putting their money where their mouths are, literally.

Lexington’s first-ever food week highlighting Black-owned restaurants. Participating restaurants will create a unique, off-menu food entree for $12.00.

The pandemic proved to be the perfect storm to create real change in our community. Between economic uncertainty and racial inequities, SoulFeast Week was birthed as a solution for vulnerable culinary entrepreneurs. The Lexington Directory of Black Food & Beverage will serve Central Kentucky as a digital home for all things Black food and beverage.
