Event Ticket Shipping Policy
All event ticket orders are processed the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate email after your confirmation email containing your digital tickets.

How do I check the status of my event ticket order?
When your event ticket order has been processed, you will receive an email notification from us which will include your digital tickets. Please allow 24 hours from the time of purchase to receive your tickets.

If you haven’t received your event tickets within one day of receiving the order confirmation email, please contact us at info@soulfeastweek.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Event Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued in full for refund requests received 30 days prior to any SoulFeast event. After 30 days prior to any event, SoulFeast will not issue any refunds. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled event date or may be refunded in full at the request of an attendee. If an event is canceled, all purchases will be refunded in full. All refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@soulfeastweek.com. After submitting your refund request, please allow up to ten (10) business days to process your refund request.
