VENDOR PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
Date: Saturday, June 20, 2026
Sampling Hours: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Set-up: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Breakdown: 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Participation Fee: $600

Fee includes Gatton Park staff pouring and serving alcohol on behalf of each participating brand

Brands may sample product during the ticketed tasting window

Bottle sales are permitted, but bottles must be picked up by guests as they exit or fulfilled off-site

Participating brands should provide product, brand materials, booth/display needs, and any sales/pickup instructions
VENDOR PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
What you'll need to participate:

Valid Kentucky alcohol license with mobile/event privileges

Licensed to operate in Fayette County

Certificate of Insurance listing LFUCG and SoulFeast Week as Additional Insured

Compliance with all Kentucky ABC regulations
Important Notes:

Alcohol vendors will not be permitted to sell Alcohol at Gatton Park.

Sample pours will be administered by designated employee of Gatton Park
