SOULTEENTH FEST

• Set-up: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

• Breakdown: 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM​​​

VENDOR PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for SoulTeenth Fest 2026, participating vendors must:​​

• Provide their own tent, table, and setup (unless otherwise arranged).

• Submit all necessary permits, insurance, and payment prior to the event​​

• Remain fully set up during the entire event window.

• Promote a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for guests.

• *Food Vendors must include source 1 ingredient via Black Soil KY, shopping at the Neighborhood Farmacy Markets during normal hours of operation.

    • Wednesday- Friday 2:00 PM-7:00 PM

    • Saturday 1:00-6:00 PM
