Pro Tip: Add a “Taste Menu” to Boost Sales ($5 or $7 options)
- We encourage you to offer small plate or sample options at $5 or $7 to let guests try multiple vendors throughout the event. These are big crowd-pleasers and keep lines moving. Examples:
-
2 wings, mini taco, slider
-
Small cup of mac & cheese or greens
-
Half-portion dessert or side
-
Signature lemonade or tea
-
$3 snack or dessert items are welcome if sustainable, but $5–$7 is ideal for profitability.
