Culinary Vendors
All culinary vendors will need to obtain a Temporary Food Service Permit through the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department. The link for the Temporary Food Service Application and more culinary vendor compliance information can be accessed below. Additionally, all culinary vendors must have their Food Handlers/Managers Permit posted on site, a three-compartment sink set-up, and follow COVID-19 Protocols including: facemasks, hand sanitizing stations, and touchless/contactless payment options.
